Apwu133 Posted February 24 Share Posted February 24 It is with great sadness the Charleston WV Area Local was made aware of the passing of former President Paula Barker-Harless. Paula passed away on Thursday February 23, 2023. Paula served the Local in various capacities during her time with the U. S. Postal Service. She will be greatly missed.
