According to the Charleston, West Virginia Area Local #133, Voting on attached Constitutional By-Laws changes at the April 17, 2021 Regular Monthly Meeting @ 8:00 AM. The meeting will be held at 711 Bigley Ave. Charleston, WV 25302 There will be a $25.00 door prize. The bonus drawing is $250.00. Letter Elizabeth “Liz” Powell Secretary- Treasurer Winfield, WV requested to merge with Charleston WV Area Local. Final processing occurred on February 16, 2021. Letter from APWU Health Plan Department 2021 Seminar scheduled from October 16th – 20th at the MGM Grand in Detroit Michigan. Letter from APWU National Presidents’ Conference NPC Legislative Virtual Zoom Meeting March 29-March 31, 2021. Unfinished Business None New Business Doug Butler made a motion to send 6 delegates to the state convention at full expense from April 29th – May 1st paying lost time. Craig Brown, Doug Butler, Eustacia Wriston, Danny Clark, Daniel Gravley, and Alexis Pratt. Seconded by Jeremy Clem. Motion Passed Doug Butler made a motion to send up to 7 delegates to the state convention April 29th – 30th at full expense minus lost time. Amy Haga, Chris Smith, Mark Strickland, Melissa Monday, Tiffany Copley, and Joey Christian. Seconded by Daniel Gravley. Motion Passed Doug Butler made a motion to spend up to $2,000.00 toward the cost to repair the roof at the union hall. Seconded by Amy Haga. Motion Passed Doug Butler made a motion to pay the Maintenance Craft Director 8 hours of lost time for zoom meeting that was on March 10, 2021 for maintenance HQ updates. Seconded by Daniel Gravley. Motion Passed Doug Butler made a motion to pay the President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary 8 hours of lost time for the Fiduciary Responsibility Training on April 7th,2021. Seconded by Danny Clark. Motion Passed Doug Butler made a motion to send Craig Brown, Kayla Cuppy, and another of Craig Brown’s choosing to Healthcare Conference in October. Seconded by Tyler Williams. Motion Passed Doug Butler made a motion to send the President and Vice President to the virtual zoom meeting conference on March 29th–31st, 2021 paying lost time. Seconded by Amy Haga. Motion Passed Amy Haga made a motion to pay for up to 16 hours of lost time for all clerk stewards to have a class concerning local procedures on the consistency of the interpretation of the language and a few other issues. Seconded by Tyler Williams. Motion Passed Open Forum Amy Haga made a motion to go back to new business. Seconded by Doug Butler. Motion Passed New Business Justin Turner made a motion to have pictures and titles online or on the board so that members especially newer members can recognize our officials. The following officers and full-time stewards shall be paid the following token salary on a monthly basis based on current wage level and step. Any officer/steward who is eligible for more than one salary shall receive only the higher salary. Officers and full-time stewards who have retired shall be paid their salary at the level and step at which they retired plus any contractual raises. President ........................................................... 18 hours pay per month. Vice-President................................................... 10 hours pay per month. Shall assist the clerk craft director in the performance of his/her duties. Shall act as a liaison to the P&DC, customer service and associate offices.
